Hibazi Terms & Conditions — fully transparent, in plain language

Hibazi (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform that hibazi.im Operated through the domain. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Hibazi and its users.

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, Hibazi will attempt to return it after verification is complete — unless the funds are subject to forfeiture due to a violation.

Hibazi provides its services on an "as is" basis and accepts no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes:

• Disruptions to your gaming experience due to internet connectivity issues or technical problems.
• Errors or failures caused by third-party software or payment gateways.
• Financial losses resulting from the user's own actions.
• Unplanned server downtime or scheduled maintenance breaks.

Hibazi's total liability shall not exceed the original value of the transaction giving rise to the dispute.

Hibazi reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, or any other policies at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform announcement.

The effective date of any updated terms will always be shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
